Juniper Green Energy, Tata Power Ink Deal for 70 MW Renewable Energy Project.

Juniper Green Energy has entered into an agreement with Tata Power to develop a 70 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project in Maharashtra, the company announced recently.

The project, to be executed through Juniper Green Energy’s subsidiary Juniper Green Sigma Eight Private Limited (Juniper Sigma), will combine advanced solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). This integrated approach aims to ensure consistent power supply during peak demand periods and enhance overall grid stability.

As part of the agreement, Juniper Sigma has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Tata Power Company, marking a significant step towards expanding firm renewable energy capacity in the state.
